Dracula: The Disciple announced as a first-person puzzle game from Nacon and Cyanide

Nacon and Cyanide Studio have announced Dracula: The Disciple for PS5, Xbox Series and PC. The game is being positioned as a first-person puzzle title, which makes it stand out from the action-heavy vampire projects currently circulating. Instead of simply turning Dracula into another combat boss, Cyanide appears to be approaching the legend through mystery, atmosphere and problem solving. That is a useful direction because gothic horror works best when it has tension, architecture, ritual and secrets. A first-person puzzle structure can make castles, crypts and forbidden spaces feel more intimate than a standard third-person action game. The big question is whether The Disciple can deliver a strong narrative hook alongside its puzzles. Dracula is one of the most overused horror names in games, so atmosphere alone will not be enough. Players will need clever environmental design, meaningful progression and a reason to care about this particular interpretation. For now, it is another notable Nacon Connect reveal and one to watch for horror-adventure fans.
