Famitsu gives Forza Horizon 6 a strong 37 out of 40

Famitsu’s latest review scores are in, and Forza Horizon 6 comes out looking very strong with a 37 out of 40. The Japan-set racer received scores of 10, 9, 9 and 9, which is exactly the kind of result Microsoft and Playground Games would want from Japanese media for a game built around a Japanese setting. eFootball Kick-Off also makes its first Famitsu appearance with a 34 out of 40, while Kazuma Kaneko’s Tsukuyomi lands at 33, Schrodinger’s Call at 32 and A-Train 9 Evolution at 31. Review scores are never the full story, but Famitsu scores still carry useful cultural context, especially for games launching into Japan-heavy platform conversations. Forza’s result suggests the setting and presentation are landing well, not just the driving. That matters for a series that sells fantasy as much as horsepower.
