Unannounced Xbox Elite Series 3 and Xbox Cloud Controller appear online
Two unannounced Xbox controllers appear to have leaked online. Images published by Tecnoblog and reported by VGC show what is claimed to be an Xbox Elite Series 3 controller and a new Xbox Cloud Controller. The Cloud Controller is the more unusual of the two, with a flatter, smaller shape, compact grips, standard Xbox-style inputs and what appears to be a dedicated cloud button. The report claims it includes a 500mAh battery, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi 6 support, which lines up with earlier reporting that Microsoft was exploring a controller designed to connect directly for cloud streaming rather than only through a console or phone. The Elite Series 3 looks closer to Microsoft’s premium-controller lineage, but with two small silver wheels near the base, possibly for profile or layout adjustments. This is still unofficial, so players should treat it as leaked hardware rather than confirmed product news. Still, the direction makes sense. Xbox is increasingly a cloud, PC and ecosystem brand, not just a console box. A dedicated cloud controller would fit that strategy perfectly.
