Battlefield 6 Blastpoint mid-season update hits today

Battlefield 6’s Blastpoint mid-season update goes live today, bringing Cairo Bazaar, Tactical Obliteration and new equipment into the war machine. Cairo Bazaar is being pitched as an evolution of Grand Bazaar, which means narrow alleys, breakable walls and the kind of close-quarters chaos where every corner is a personal accusation.

Tactical Obliteration also adds a new competitive mode built around bombs, M-COMs and probably several moments where someone yells at a squadmate for running the wrong direction. New gear like the PP-19 SMG and Handheld Jammer adds more reason to return.

Battlefield lives best when map design, destruction and improvisation collide. Blastpoint sounds like it knows that, especially if Cairo Bazaar becomes the kind of map people love and hate in equal measure.
