Beholder: Conductor launches on PS5 and Switch

Beholder: Conductor launches worldwide today on PS5 and Nintendo Switch, bringing its very cheerful concept of surveillance, intimidation and train bureaucracy to more platforms. The game puts players in charge of a carriage aboard the Determination Bringer, where the job is to maintain order, search baggage, report suspicious activity and decide how hard to lean into the system.

That is classic Beholder territory: everyday work twisted into a moral pressure cooker. The train setting is smart because it compresses the whole dystopian machine into a moving box full of passengers, rules and consequences.

As a console release, the key question is interface comfort. Management and observation games need clean controls to avoid turning tension into menu wrestling. If the port handles well, Beholder: Conductor could find a strong second life with players who enjoy grim little decisions in compact spaces.
