Jujutsu Kaisen Rumble: Survivaton has been announced, and the developer credit is the real hook: Shueisha Games is partnering with poncle, the studio behind Vampire Survivors. That immediately explains the structure.
Players battle waves of cursed spirits while competing against up to seven rivals online, using simple movement-based controls and automatic attacks. More than 20 Jujutsu Kaisen characters are planned, and matches build toward a final duel between the top two players.
It is a clever adaptation because Jujutsu Kaisen already has cursed energy, flashy abilities and chaotic battles. Translating that into a survivors royale format could work surprisingly well if the characters feel distinct and the match flow stays readable. The title may be awkward, but the concept is very marketable: anime chaos meets Vampire Survivors DNA.
