Kyoto Xanadu reveals more characters and a Sena Nakiri spotlight

Kyoto Xanadu keeps rolling out character details, and today’s spotlight lands on Sena Nakiri. Falcom describes her as Kazuki’s twin sister, an upperclassman with a friendly charm who acts like a big sister toward Rei but has unresolved conflict tied to her past. That is very Falcom: one friendly character description, one emotional complication waiting under the surface, and probably a lot of party chemistry to come.

The broader update also includes new information and screenshots around characters, requests, cursed armor and conversation events. Kyoto Xanadu launches in Japan and Asia on July 16 for PS5, Switch 2, Switch and PC, with the west following later. The real test is whether this sequel makes Kyoto feel like more than a reskinned Tokyo Xanadu.

Strong character work will be essential.
