LIFTED launches July 22 on PC before PS5 and Switch 2

LIFTED has locked in a July 22 PC release, with PS5 and Switch 2 versions planned later. The game is a cinematic puzzle-platforming adventure, which means it needs to balance two things that do not always get along: emotional presentation and actual puzzle-platforming feel.

A pretty world is not enough if jumps feel floaty, puzzles feel obvious or the camera decides to become the final boss. But the format has real potential when it works.

Cinematic platformers can create a sense of movement and vulnerability that bigger action games sometimes lose under all the upgrades and explosions. LIFTED now has a date, and July is a sensible window: not completely empty, but not buried under the heaviest fall releases either. If the story and movement connect, this could become a quiet indie standout.
