Nintendo’s European download update for May 28 is a mixed little eShop buffet, headlined by Switch 2 retail listings including Bluey’s Quest for the Gold Pen, Bubsy 4D and Tales of Arise: Beyond the Dawn Edition. That is a weird trio in the best possible way: family-friendly cartoon adventure, mascot-platformer resurrection and a full JRPG complete edition all arriving under the same weekly umbrella.
The update also includes a broader set of Switch 2 and Switch digital releases, showing how quickly Nintendo’s new hardware library is filling with ports, indies, family titles and third-party support. These weekly download posts may not sound glamorous, but they are useful because they show what players can actually buy now, not just what publishers are promising for some vague showcase window.
For Switch 2 owners, the eShop is already becoming crowded. That is both good news and a backlog warning.
