Persona 4 Revival gets official South Korean rating

Persona 4 Revival has officially been rated in South Korea, which usually means the marketing machine is at least warming up in the garage. Atlus and SEGA still have not dropped a flood of new details, but a ratings appearance gives fans a practical signal that the game is moving through normal pre-release channels.

That matters because Persona 4 is not just another remake candidate. It is one of Atlus’ most beloved RPGs, with a cast and murder-mystery structure that still has a very loyal fanbase.

The big question is whether Revival follows Persona 3 Reload’s approach: modern visuals, smoother battle systems, cleaner quality-of-life improvements and enough respect for the original that fans do not start throwing social links at each other. With the Xbox Games Showcase approaching, speculation around a new trailer or release-window update is going to be loud. Atlus has not confirmed that stage, but the timing is suspicious in the fun way.
