Persona 6 may be targeting 2027, leaker claims

Persona 6 was officially revealed at the Xbox showcase, but the teaser did not include a release window. Now a familiar ATLUS rumor source suggests players should not read too much into that omission, with late 2027 still apparently on the table.

That would make sense. Persona 4 Revival launches February 18, 2027, and ATLUS probably wants to give that remake room to breathe before moving the spotlight to the next numbered entry.

Persona 6 is the bigger long-term prize, though. It needs a new cast, new setting, new social rhythm and a fresh supernatural hook strong enough to follow Persona 5’s massive global breakthrough. Treat this as rumor until ATLUS says it directly, but 2027 suddenly looks like it could become a very dangerous year for Persona fans.
