Rayman Legends Retold price and multiplayer details surface

Rayman Legends Retold is still not officially announced, but the leak machine has clearly discovered a rhythm section. A new report claims the remake will launch on October 1, 2026, priced at $39.99 in the United States, with physical editions planned for PS5 and Switch 2.

The same report says online multiplayer will support up to four players, which would be a meaningful addition if handled well. Rayman Legends is already one of Ubisoft’s best modern platformers, so the obvious question is whether this is a necessary remake, a deluxe rework or a suspiciously shiny nostalgia package.

The rumored name Retold suggests more than a straight port, but players will need to see the actual reveal before getting too excited. Still, if Ubisoft remembers that Rayman’s best weapon is pure movement joy, this could work.
