Rayman Legends: Retold screenshots and co-op details leak

Rayman Legends: Retold is becoming less of a whisper and more of a very loud limbless drumroll. New reporting says gameplay screenshots have leaked online, while another report claims the package will include two-player couch co-op and a free copy of Rayman Origins: Enhanced Edition.

That would make the rumored release more interesting than a basic visual refresh. Rayman Legends is already one of Ubisoft’s best modern platformers, so the challenge is not proving the original was good.

The challenge is proving this version needs to exist. Bundling Origins could help, especially if Ubisoft is trying to make Rayman feel like a proper revived platformer brand rather than another nostalgia breadcrumb. The key will be movement. Rayman lives or dies on flow, rhythm and joyful chaos. If Retold keeps that intact, the little guy may finally get the comeback he deserves.
