Stupid Never Dies is launching this fall for PS5 and PC, and the title alone deserves a small award for confidence. The action RPG is one of today’s fresh Gematsu-listed announcements, and while details are still light, it immediately benefits from having a name that is almost impossible to ignore.
In a crowded release calendar, that matters. Players see dozens of fantasy titles, sci-fi titles and dramatic subtitles every week.
Sometimes a game called Stupid Never Dies cuts through simply by refusing to sound normal. Of course, the joke will only carry it so far. The real test is combat feel, progression, tone and whether the game has enough personality beneath the headline. For now, it is a fall 2026 PS5 and PC action RPG with a name that already sounds like a challenge.
