Teeto confirms July 15 launch and Switch 2 version

Teeto now has a release date, and it is also coming to Nintendo Switch 2. Super Rare Games and Eat Pants Games confirmed the 3D adventure platformer launches on July 15, 2026.

The game was previously planned for Switch, but the Switch 2 version gives it a better shot at standing out in Nintendo’s early new-hardware window. 3D platformers are a natural fit for the platform, but the genre is also unforgiving.

Movement has to feel good immediately. Characters need personality. Worlds need to reward curiosity without becoming collectible soup. Teeto’s visual identity gives it a friendly first impression, and the July date gives it room before the heavier fall release traffic. If the platforming has enough bounce and charm, this could become a pleasant summer eShop surprise.
