UFC 6 deep dive shows new modes and career choices

UFC 6 has shown off more of its game modes, and EA Sports is clearly trying to make life outside the octagon matter more this time. The new deep dive highlights Legacy, a mode following Chris Carter’s rise, while Career mode lets players continue with Carter, use a favorite fighter or create someone entirely new. Weekly challenges, dynamic narratives, randomized encounters and a cleaner UI are all part of the pitch.

The Hall of Legends also features interactive halls focused on fighters like Alex Para, Wayi Jiang and Max Holloway. That is useful because sports games often talk a big game about “choice” while quietly funneling players into the same grind with nicer menus.

UFC 6 needs its career structure to feel personal, not just like a spreadsheet with punches. The game launches June 19 for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
