Shop Support
The GFA Shop is a reviewed-game catalogue with server-side Kinguin fulfilment checks.
Frequently Asked Questions
How does the GFA Shop work?
Every listing must match a published GFA review, a local manual approval mapping, and a synced Kinguin PC Steam key cache. We do not import or publish the full Kinguin catalogue.
How are new reviewed games activated?
After a review is published, the shop activation command searches Kinguin for that exact game, rejects accounts, gifts, random keys, DLC, software, adult products, and preorders by default, then writes an approved mapping and supplier cache for the listing.
What is the refund policy?
Digital keys can usually be refunded only before they are revealed or delivered. Region, platform, and activation notes are shown before checkout, and stock/price are checked again server-side before payment completion.
What platform are the listings for?
The default policy is PC Steam keys only. Other platforms, DLC, or region-limited editions require explicit review coverage and manual approval before they can be enabled.
How do I activate a Steam key?
Open the Steam client, choose Games, then Activate a Product on Steam, and follow the prompts. Make sure the product region matches your country before purchase.
How are keys and credentials protected?
Kinguin credentials stay in server-side environment variables. Purchased key serials must be stored encrypted at rest and shown only to the verified purchaser after payment is confirmed.
