Arena Breakout Infinite is getting a permanent PvE mode

Arena Breakout Infinite is preparing a permanent PvE mode, and that is a meaningful shift for an extraction shooter built around player tension. MoreFun Studios head Enzo Zhang said the team will get a new PvE mode ready as early as next season after polling players about whether a permanent PvE platform should follow the limited-time No Man’s Land mode. The poll result was overwhelmingly positive, with a large majority supporting stronger bots and bosses in a PvE setup. This is interesting because extraction shooters often struggle to serve both hardcore PvP players and those who enjoy the loot-and-risk loop but hate losing everything to another player hiding in a corner. Escape from Tarkov’s PvE move already showed there is demand for lower-stress extraction play. The risk is splitting development focus or dividing the community. The upside is broader appeal: some players will only enter the extraction genre if they can learn maps, economy and combat without constant PvP pressure. Arena Breakout Infinite may be making the right move at the right time.
