Battlefield 6 Season 3 gameplay trailer shows new weapons and large-scale map chaos

Battlefield 6 Season 3 is getting closer, and the latest gameplay trailer gives players a clearer look at the chaos coming on May 12. The footage highlights new weapons, including a sniper rifle and a heavy LMG, while putting the new maps at the center of the update. Railway to Golmud is the big attraction: a large-scale Battlefield map inspired by Battlefield 4’s classic Golmud Railway, now rebuilt for Battlefield 6 with a moving train, wide vehicle play and modern design adjustments. Season 3 also brings Ranked Battle Royale as a live Battlefield Labs experience, along with Portal updates and more battlefield tools for creators. For players, this looks like EA and DICE trying to satisfy the part of the community that wants scale, vehicles, destruction and unpredictable sandbox moments. The question is whether Season 3 can improve long-term momentum. Battlefield lives when players create stories through chaos, and this trailer is selling exactly that.
