Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls adds Hulk and Black Panther

Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls continues to look like one of the biggest fighting-game projects on the 2026 calendar. The latest reveal adds Hulk and Black Panther to the playable roster, joining the already announced Fighting Avengers lineup. Hulk brings a Gamma Gauge and Gamma Rage mechanics built around overwhelming power, while Black Panther focuses on speed, mobility and the Spear of Bashenga. The reveal also shows a Wakanda stage and more of the game’s tournament setup, including the mysterious threat known as The Champion. For players, the appeal is not only that more Marvel characters are joining the roster. It is that Arc System Works appears to be giving each hero a clear mechanical personality rather than simply turning them into costume swaps. Hulk should feel heavy and explosive. Black Panther should feel fast and tactical. That kind of contrast is essential for a tag fighter. With the game due for PS5 and PC on August 6, every roster reveal now matters because players are already trying to imagine teams, assists and matchups.
