Warhorse says it is already moving forward on a huge immersive RPG

Warhorse Studios has given fans a small but meaningful hint about what comes next. After Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 completed its post-launch content cycle, the studio used a Reddit AMA to address the future. The clearest message is that no more major content is planned for Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.
Several Warhorse developers said they are working on the studio’s next game, while Content Director Ondřej Bittner described it as a huge immersive RPG. That does not confirm Kingdom Come: Deliverance 3, but it confirms that Warhorse is staying in the RPG space rather than making a dramatic genre pivot.
Whatever comes next, fans will expect depth, consequence and a world that feels lived in. The lack of a title or setting means expectations should stay realistic, but Warhorse’s next project is now officially something RPG fans should track.
