Down Below is a cave survey game played on a grid. You are an independent surveyor in abandoned mines. Every cut costs air and drill charge, every roof carries weight, and the way home is the part that matters: a forecast on screen tells you whether the air you have still pays for the walk back. Five tools do the work: the drill, braces, pumps, sonar and a camp. Brace a straining roof before you cut under it, pump out flooded pockets, send a sonar pulse to find rooms and gas, and make camp once to catch your breath. Fifteen expeditions run through three depth bands: the Upper Works teach cutting, bracing and breathing, Deep Survey adds gas pockets, and Fault Gardens adds tremors with a countdown and a rising flood. Every expedition can earn three medals, every return fills a cabinet in the survey museum, and a kit bench opens three rigs and twelve perks. A Free Dig and a Daily Dig, one new cave a day, are there for replays. The free browser demo has the first two expeditions; the full game is a one-click Windows installer.
