Frontier Legends enters Early Access on May 29

Frontier Legends now has an Early Access date. Developer Neojac Entertainment will launch the Wild West open-world survival crafting adventure on PC via Steam on May 29. The premise is straightforward and appealing: reclaim the Old West, survive the frontier, gather resources, build shelter, craft tools and turn a hostile landscape into a life worth defending.

Survival crafting is a crowded genre, but a Western setting still has room if the game leans into the right fantasy: harsh travel, scarce supplies, homesteads, wildlife, dangerous outlaws and slow expansion across a rugged world.

Early Access will be the real test because survival games often depend on community feedback, frequent updates and clear development priorities. Players need enough of a first loop to justify buying early: gathering, building, danger, progression and reasons to explore beyond the next tree or rock. Frontier Legends has the kind of setting that could stand out if it avoids becoming just another wood-and-stone sandbox with cowboy hats.
