Control Resonant locks in a September 24 release date

Control Resonant now has a date: September 24, 2026. Remedy’s sequel shifts the focus to Dylan Faden and takes the series into a warped Manhattan facing paranatural disaster, which sounds exactly like the sort of place Remedy would turn into a psychological filing cabinet with teeth. The first Control worked because it made office architecture feel haunted, bureaucratic and cosmic all at once. Resonant has a bigger challenge: leaving the Oldest House’s tightly controlled weirdness without losing that strange identity. The new trailer suggests Remedy is going larger, more emotional and more action-RPG focused. If Dylan’s journey can carry the same surreal force that Jesse’s did, this could become one of September’s biggest story-driven releases.
